I called Fox for a few reasons, none of which were a big deal but all of which were a bit mysterious. Josh did his best to figure out what was going on. I felt he was honest with me about what he was and wasn't seeing and what the best approach would be. He also discovered something I wasn't expecting, and a big fix was recommended. I appreciated his detailed explanation around both what was needed and whether or not it's something that could wait.
This company was fantastic. Came out within an hour and a half which avoided OT charges, fixed my tenants toilet quickly and charged less than I expected. Will definitely use again! Impressive.
Josh was on time polite and professional. Did a great job of advising me of the work needed and completed the work as promised. Removed all old product and placed everything back as it was previously so you couldn’t even tell he was there. Fox plumbing was recommended by a neighbor and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
I will use FOX again! From the first phone call which was helpful and courteous to the arrival and work done by Kit- they were great! It was nice to get answers over the phone and an offer to be here the next day! Highly recommend!! Thank you FOX!
Fox Plumbing does it again! I had my annual inspection of my sump pump. I also had a new water heater installed. It was 11 years old and Jerrod had recommended I should consider replacing it. I appreciated his honest opinion, without him being pushy about it. He came back in two days and I am now a proud owner of a new water heater. :) Fox Plumbing has incredible staff, especially Jerrod.
